Summary

In this short course you will explore how to use informal lesson observations to help improve teaching and learning in a more proactive way and rethink the approach into a more beneficial experience for everyone. 

Who is it for?

This course is suitable for both primary and secondary practitioners with responsibility for Teaching and Learning,  Lead Practitioners, Heads of Department, Senior Leaders. Second in science, and aspiring leaders in science  

What topics are covered?

  • Review your approach to informal lesson observations
  • Address some of the issues in watching and commenting on lessons
  • Develop a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to watching lessons

This online, self-paced course can be completed flexibly. Participants can join and start this course at any time after the advertised date.
