A simple working model of a wind turbine as a prototype for an energy company planning a renewable energy wind farm that will lift a cup from the floor to the table

Resources:

Paper cups, straws, dowel, blutak, string, elastic bands, scissors, pencils, rulers, (a hairdryer to generate wind)
