Summary
Learn to develop substantive content knowledge in Primary Science, looking at knowledge organisers and other strategies to increase children's retention of knowledge, and to ensure that knowledge and skills are built-upon and continuously developed.

Who is the course leader?
Outcomes
- Increased confidence in substantive knowledge concepts with strategies to build upon previous learning and ensure cross-school progress in science.
- Equipped with a variety of approaches to support children in retaining knowledge that can then be progressed as it is retained over time.
- Ability to develop both knowledge and skills aspects of the National Curriculum and apply the above outcomes to ensure progression of these.
