SLP Subscription SEND Package RA913 / B42

This is a subscription to our SEND Package for Primary and Secondary Schools, subscribe to the package for £300 The package consists of 5 sessions which can be attended by up to 3 teachers from each school. Links to book onto the individual sessions will be sent out to the individual who books this package to pass onto the teachers who wish to attend.

Maximising impact and progression for SEND learners in Science - This series of workshops is designed to support teachers of SEND and teaching assistants to maximise impact and progression for SEND learners that they teach or support.

The course

The programme introduces delegates to a range of practical strategies that they can take and use in their own settings for improving learning and progress of students with special educational needs.  This course is suitable for teachers and teaching assistants from primary and secondary phases.

08/11/23 Vocabulary – Improving language and oracy in science lessons

04/12/23 Differentiation and scaffolding - how to meet the needs of all learners. Additional adults in the classroom

30/01/23 Teaching resources – what works and how to make them better (including preventing cognitive overload). 

05/03/23 Specific SEND Needs Part 1 – Autism, moderate learning difficulties etc

02/07/23 Specific SEND Needs Part 2 – Autism, moderate learning difficulties etc
